On behalf of our customer we are looking for a Sales Manager (Mandatory to have BFSI / Banking or Insurance sales Experience) to work in Switzerland / Germany/ France (Any Preferable Location).

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Candidate is responsible for the sale of client s services to existing BFSI clients in DACH (Germany, Switzerland and Austria) region covering mainly Banking and Insurance sector and with primary ownership of New Growth in the region.

- Revenue growth in identified customer domain and achieving sales targets
- Building and maintaining referenceable relationships
- Qualification of leads in account & follow up to closure
- Networking with technology groups, user groups, and partner contacts in the area
- Identify the need for engagement of supporting client's resources in accounts to secure the win
- Strategic planning for the region around BFSI sector.
- Co-ordinate with pre-sales in generating customer proposals.
- Be responsible for the output on customer proposals
- Generate and deliver custom presentations to customers and partner contacts
- Participate on project kickoff meetings
- 10+ years of relevant experience in technology sales (preferably technology service sales but experience in BFSI vertical to speak the client language – Esp Banking or Insurance)
- Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in selling of technology services into BFSI and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization.
Additional preferred qualifications are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent preferred
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales quota in IT service industry
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Good inter personal skills and ability to work with teams
- Willingness to travel across the region to customer sites / meetings
- Ability to quickly adapt to and understand the business model and common challenges of a variety of customer industries and company size
- Proven solution and service selling
- Experience navigating companies of varying sizes to reach decision makers, including C-level
- Experience with managing multiple client relationships at once
- Intermediate knowledge of spoken German would be added advantage.
