We are currently looking for a Lean IX Engineer, for our customer based in Stockholm, Sweden location.
Hybrid Work in Stockholm (3 days minimum at the office)

Job Description:
We need to establish a current state for the Software Development enablement areas .The role we looking for an interim solution architect while deciding where the direction of the tool chain is taking us.
The candidate should be able to map and set a baseline for the current state of the domain IT-toolchain. Please note that this position requires a candidate that have worked with multiple systems and can have a flow and strategic mindset (not just worked as a solution architect for one system at at time Leadership qualities and Change Management experience is preferred. The tool used tov visualize the toolchain is Lean IX . The candidate would preferably have used the systems or be open to learn them. The candidate should also expect to create user instructions and educate users.
Since this is a "new" organization, the "new" tool-chain consists of new and legacy systems, way of working, and fragmented integrations where there can be parallel or conflicting solutions. The candidate must then be able to manage stakeholders, be a change leader and be prepared for challenging discussions and stakeholder management.
Assignments:
Map and document the current IT-toolchain layer together with a target state. all IT-tools in the domain purpose functions user instructions and education setup of the configuration so "happy path" from a user perspective of the integration so type of integrations o information exchanged in the integrations
Requirements:
MSc, Bsc, or equivalent work experience
Knowledge about Scania´s Product Data Management (with systems) diagnostic services,electrical system and/or embedded systems in vehicle is meriting
English only is sufficient language skill for this assignment
