Job Description:
SAP Functional Consultant
We are looking for an SAP Functional Consultant to help us handle all incidents raised by our users related to our SAP modules: PM, QM, and MM.
We expect the candidate to have experience with SAP PM, including the calibration process, and to be familiar with SAP MM. The experience should encompass incident handling, issue investigation, and root cause analysis of the given issues.
From a system perspective, we use ServiceNow as the tool to handle incidents and issues, so experience with that system is a plus. Additionally, we use TIMS as our test system and HPQC as the app used for documentation, so familiarity with these tools will also be beneficial.
In addition to investigating different issues and finding solutions, effective communication with our end users, whom we are here to support, is crucial. Therefore, it's important to have strong communication skills that will make the users feel that they are in good and helpful hands.
We expect a minimum of around 3 years of experience with SAP PM.
Allocation: Consultant should be able to sit onsite at the GBS office in Bangalore occasionally
Preferably, the candidate will be able to occasionally work onsite at GBS with other team members.
