Senior Azure Cloud Architect SAP Migration Contract Job Sweden: 24 Month contract: On site.

Core Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Design: Designing Azure Landing Zones, including virtual networks (VNets), subnets, storage, and computing resources specifically optimized for SAP HANA and NetWeaver applications.
• Migration Planning: Leading end-to-end migrations of on-premise SAP workloads to Azure, defining High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD).
• High Availability & Disaster Recovery (HA/DR): Architecting robust HA/DR solutions to ensure business continuity and meet uptime SLAs.
• Security & Compliance: Implementing network security groups (NSGs), firewall rules, and role-based access control (RBAC) to protect SAP application data and network traffic.
• Performance Optimization: Monitoring and optimizing SAP infrastructure on Azure for performance efficiency, using tools like Azure Monitor.
• Cost Management: Analyzing and optimizing cloud spend to maintain a low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for SAP workloads.

Key Qualifications

• Expertise in Azure: Strong understanding of Azure IaaS/PaaS services, networking, and security, often validated by the Microsoft Certified: Azure for SAP Workloads Specialty.
• SAP Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP BASIS, HANA database architecture, and SAP system landscapes.
• Migration Experience: Proven track record with large-scale SAP, ECC, or S/4HANA migrations.
