Job Description
Your task is to kick off the decommission and make a plan that aligns with the commercial transformation and S4 greenfield implementations as well as not only cover the commercial/finance areas but also e.g. HR and procurement pieces in ECC. Further, you will lead the actual decommission, push progress and make sure we all run in the same direction with a long-term vision and roadmap.
This is a role that cover multiple geographic markets, hence you have a global perspective and understand differences in values and cultural environments. As a leader you foster innovation, create and build a high performing team managing multiple stakeholder.
You will also
• Coordinate the work needed to decommission our SAP ECC HANA system
• Identify and mapdependencies to surrounding systems
• Through POCs and workshops decide on the right approach for how to practically decommission ECC
Job Requirements
• You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant roles with the ability to create clarity, show courage, empower teams with a proven successful track record. You have:
• Professional experience from working with digital development in complex environments
• Extensive SAP competence
• Worked in a global business with several markets
• Outstanding ability to run complex programs and think creatively and strategically
• High ambitions that find an entrepreneurial company mindset motivating
• Bachelor's in data science or similar
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
