SAP Project Manager (Finance Tech Lead) 

About the Role
The Project Manager/Finance Tech Lead will play a pivotal role in a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program, driving the technical delivery of Finance solutions. This position ensures that the SAP Finance landscape is cohesive, scalable, and aligned with business transformation goals. The Tech Lead will collaborate closely with the Finance Business Lead and other functional and technical stakeholders to lead solution design, validate deliverables, and ensure successful implementation across all relevant SAP products.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage technical workstreams within the Finance domain throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Ensure the SAP Finance solution is well-integrated with other SAP modules and products.
• Apply deep functional and technical expertise in SAP Finance to guide solution design and development.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Lead to align technical solutions with business needs and transformation objectives.
• Drive standardization and harmonization of Finance-related developments across markets and business units.
• Maintain strong collaboration with business tech teams and leverage internal networks for alignment and support.
• Oversee project management activities within the Finance stream, including planning, resourcing, and issue resolution.
• Participate in design workshops, technical reviews, and decision-making forums.

Ideal Profile
• Experienced SAP Finance professional with strong technical and functional expertise.
• Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA projects, including development and implementation.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and capable of driving complex transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership and governance capabilities within large-scale enterprise programs.
