Overview
StockholmN/ADaily tasks
Co-lead planning and delivery of the Finance transformation with the Finance Business Lead.
Coordinate work across Finance technology, product teams and dependent teams.
Manage plans, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and decision preparation.
Follow up progress and ensure clear ownership and transparency across workstreams.
Participate in key workshops, reviews and decision forums.
Minimum technical skills
Good understanding of SAP Finance and SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Ability to connect Finance business needs with technology and product solutions.
Strong project and programme management skills.
Experience managing complex plans, risks, dependencies and governance.
Fluent English.
Leadership / experience level
Senior project leadership experience.
Experience leading cross-functional change projects.
Able to co-lead with senior business leaders and influence stakeholders without direct staff responsibility.
Able to lead teams and coordinate several workstreams.
Experience from Finance, SAP and large organisations is highly beneficial.UK & EU applications welcome : Not remote work;
