Workstream Lead – Source to Pay (S2P), SAP S/4HANA & Ariba Contract Job Sweden

We are looking for an experienced Workstream Lead to drive the Source to Pay (S2P) workstream within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation for our client.

The programme is transforming the client’s ERP landscape to create more efficient and harmonised processes, improve cross-functional information flows and strengthen data capabilities. Following a successful pilot, the solution will now be rolled out across several sites in Europe and North America.

In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the S2P workstream and play a key part in ensuring a successful rollout.

Your responsibilities..

- Drive the workstream delivery, ensuring progress against scope, timeline, budget and quality targets
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies with other programme workstreams and releases
- Develop efficient and sustainable S2P processes supported by SAP S/4HANA, SAP Sourcing/Ariba and connected systems
- Coordinate business stakeholders, IT, implementation partners and other programme teams
- Drive resolution of process, data and system gaps together with the business, IT team and implementation partner
- Lead resource coordination, responsibilities and ways of working within the workstream
- Ensure stakeholder engagement, alignment and clear expectation management
- Report to the Global Process Owner for S2P and programme management

We are looking for...

- Strong experience in both SAP Sourcing and SAP Ariba implementations - both are required
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably from large-scale transformation or implementation programmes
- Proven experience leading projects or workstreams within Source to Pay
- Experience driving process harmonisation in complex, international organisations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams
- A structured, collaborative and hands-on leadership style

Professional fluency in English; Swedish is an advantage
Experience from a manufacturing environment is beneficial.

This is a full-time assignment running until December 2027, with the possibility of extension. The role is based in Solna and is hybrid, with an expectation to work on site approximately three days per week. Some travel to the client’s sites in Sweden, Finland and the US will be required.
